Got Your Shoes provides Free Ground Shipping promotion via UPS or USPS for orders shipped within US, excluding Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Virgin Islands (VI), Puerto Rico (PR), PO Box, APO/FPO, and Military addresses.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 
GotYourShoes.com is happy to accept your return or exchange as long as the item is returned within 14 days of receipt and meets all of the requirements below.
 
 
The product is still in new, unworn condition as received. We recommend that you first try on the shoes indoors to ensure the fit and sizing meets your preference. 
 
IMPORTANT: 
 
  • The shoes and the shoe box must be in resellable condition for the return to be accepted
  • The return product should include all original accessories as received (i.e. original shoe box, shoe laces, key chains, color swatches, additional insoles, shoe bag, replaceable spikes & etc)
  • The original manufacturer’s shoe box as received. No tapes or labels on the shoe box. Please do not send the return by using the shoe box as the outer shipping box or your return will be refused. 
 
HOW TO SEND BACK THE RETURN PACKAGE:
 
GotYourshoes.com will reimburse you for return shipping costs as long as the item is returned within 14 days from purchase, is in resellable condition, has all of the original accessories as received, and is returned in an appropriate mailing carton. If the returned item is damaged and/or is not in resellable condition, or not mailed in an appropriate mailing carton, or if the package gets lost, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost, in those cases, if the customer applied shipping charges to GotYourShoes.com, it will be billed back to the customer and the customer will have to pay for the cost. No exception. 
1.Please send an email to manager-rb@the4thbasement.com with the following; your first and last name, contact information, order #, name/size/color of the item you are returning and your shipping address and GotYourShoes.com will email you new mailing label.
2.Pack the unworn shoes into the original shoe box and then pack the shoe box into an appropriate shipping carton or pack them into the shipping carton your item arrived in. Secure the package box (not the shoe box) with box tape. Do not ship using the shoe box as a shipping carton, it will be automatically refused and no refunds will be provided.
3.Take the package to nearest shipping outlet (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx Office, etc.).  
 
 
GotYourShoes.com is not responsible for lost packages. Please make sure that you have the accurate information on the mailing label and save your tracking or confirmation information.
Please allow at least 1-2 business days from receipt at our facility to process and refund the return. Funds back to your original payment may take additional 5-7 business days. 
 
All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee and previous shipping charges are non-refundable. 
 
Exchanges: 
If you are interested in an exchange, please ensure availability of size and style on GotYourShoes.com. Please send an email to cs@the4thbasement.com with the following; first and last name, contact information, order #, shipping address, and the name/size/color of the item you wish to exchange for.
GotYourShoes.com will email you a new mailing label. Please return the item you wish to exchange in an appropriate shipping carton or the carton the item arrived in.
To qualify for an exchange the item must returned in an appropriate mailing carton no later than 14 days from receipt and be in unused, resellable condition with the original box, and all of the original accessories.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
Shoes that are received in worn condition or are not in resellable condition will be inspected by GotYourShoes.com returns department and evaluated at their discretion. If your return shipment does not meet the return policy listed above and your return is rejected, it may be discarded and no refunds will be provided.
